About the Role
In simple terms, Instawork Robotics Lab (IRL) runs a growing fleet of Instacore rigs across India. Field teams use these wearable camera systems to capture real-world data that trains robots. As Fleet Manager, you will return faulty rigs to hubs fast. You will also keep SD cards rotated and get Field Officers to the right place on time.

Key Responsibilities
- Fleet Tracking — Maintain a live, accurate view of every rig across cities and hubs, tracked at serial-number level
- Also, pull faulty rigs from the field quickly and coordinate with QC and Hardware for repair or replacement
- SD Card Rotation — Manage the SD-card pool end to end; for example, issue, collect, track, and rotate cards so clean cards stay available in the field
- Travel Desk Coordination — Work with the travel desk to arrange Field Officer bookings, travel, and accommodation on time
- Hub & Inter-City Coordination — Coordinate rig movement between hubs and field, so the right rigs reach the right cities
- Loss & Reconciliation — Run daily reconciliation of rigs and SD cards, and follow up on overdue or missing assets
