About the Role

- Record daily transactions accurately in the accounting system and Google Sheets, and maintain clean, up-to-date ledgers
- Compute and process Data Collector and Field Officer payouts based on verified hours and tasks. Then, reconcile claimed versus approved amounts and resolve discrepancies before payment
- Process payments and incentives to partner businesses, and track them against agreed terms
- Run daily and weekly reconciliation across bank statements, payment records, and trackers. Also, chase and close every mismatch, leaving no unexplained gap
- Work with large transaction datasets spanning multiple cities. For example, use Excel or Google Sheets (SUMIFS, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables) to clean, match, and summarize data at volume

- Coordinate with Ops, Inventory, and city teams to validate hours and attendance before payouts go out
