About the Role

- Support the full recruitment lifecycle for various open positions
- Source, screen, and make 100–150 outbound calls daily to prospective candidates
- Take ownership of lining up and scheduling interviews between candidates and internal hiring teams
- Manage ongoing follow-ups, gather feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Also, maintain accurate records of calls, candidate statuses, and interview schedules
Eligibility Criteria (Requirements)
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and professional phone presence
- Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume calling environment
- Prior experience in HR, recruitment, or customer-facing roles is preferred, but freshers can also apply
