Eligibility Criteria

• 2–5 years of experience in technical support, DevOps, cloud engineering, or a similar field.
• Hands-on experience with major databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, and Clickhouse.
• Some familiarity with Kafka.
• Strong fundamentals in Linux, networking, and cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of database fundamentals like backups, replication, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Ability to troubleshoot across application, database, and infrastructure layers.
• Customer-first mindset with clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.

Preferred qualifications include open-source database contributions. In addition, exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus. The team also values Kubernetes and distributed systems knowledge. Familiarity with Terraform, Helm, or Ansible helps. A database certification or exposure to PHP, Python, or NodeJS also helps.
