What Will You Do? (Roles and Responsibilities)

In simple terms, this role involves managing and supporting the company’s IT systems, networks and tools. The main responsibilities are:

Receive and resolve IT support tickets from employees in a timely and professional manner
Handle account management — hardware, software and application permissions — plus general IT and network requests
Coordinate with external IT vendors and partners for delivery and return of IT assets
Act as an escalation point for IT helpdesk tickets
Provide on-site IT and network support to internal employees when needed
Support higher-level IT and Security initiatives, including implementations and integrations
Maintain updated IT documentation and follow change management and business continuity best practices
Maintain project trackers, reports and dashboards for IT projects
On-call duty on rotation (global time zone)

Eligibility Criteria (Who You Are)

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
Experience: 2+ years of experience in at least two IT disciplines — such as technical architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management and/or operations
Agile: 2+ years of working experience with agile methods and processes
Technical skills: In-depth experience with Google Workspace / G-Suite management; troubleshooting and ticket triage (including RCA); modern operating systems (MacOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, Android); endpoint management in an enterprise environment, preferably with MDM tools like Jamf or JumpCloud; user management through identity providers (Google groups, Okta, MS AD, etc.); business SaaS and collaboration tools (chat, VoIP, video conferencing)
Soft skills: Service-oriented, collaborative and security mindset; strong communication skills; attention to detail; ability to self-organize and manage multiple projects
Physical requirement: Ability to carry 25 lbs. up and down stairs

2+ years of experience with software development or security engineering
Service automation through coding/scripting
Django development framework (Django admin)
ITSM and HRIS integrations

Salary and Benefits
