अभ्यर्थी उध्र्व एवं क्षैतिज आरक्षण से सम्बन्धित श्रेणी/उप श्रेणी का अंकन आॅनलाइन आवेदन पत्र में अवश्य करें। आरक्षण का दावा न किये जाने की दशा में रिट याचिका (स्पेशल अपील) संख्याः 79/2010 राधा मित्तल बनाम उत्तराखण्ड लोक सेवा आयोग में मा0 उच्च न्यायालय, नैनीताल द्वारा पारित आदेश दिनांक 08.06.2010 तथा विशेष अनुज्ञा याचिका (सिविल) नं0 (एस) 19532/2010 में मा0 उच्चतम न्यायालय द्वारा पारित आदेश के क्रम में अभ्यर्थी को आरक्षण का लाभ कदापि अनुमन्य नहीं होगा।
