High Court, Patna. Employment-Notice for English Stenographer Recruitment 2018

Application is invited for the Engagement of English Stenographer in the establishment of Advocate General, Bihar High Court, Patna against the Sanctioned post on Contractual basis on fixed monthly remuneration of Rs. 12600@&(Twelve Thousand Six Hundred) only. No any other allowance is admissible.

Unreserved – 10 Post (Maximum Age 37 yrs)
Extremely Backward Class – 03 post t (Maximum Age 40 yrs)
Scheduled Caste – 02 post t (Maximum Age 42 yrs)
Scheduled Tribe – 01 post t (Maximum Age 42 yrs)
Backward Class – 01 post t (Maximum Age 40 yrs)
Woment of Backward Class – 01 post (Maximum Age 40 yrs)

Education Qualification :- Graduate in any discipline from recognized University.

English Shorthand speed : 100 words per minute. English typing speed : 40 words per minute and knowledge of Computer typing .

Other conditions:-

The engagement will be purely contractual for 6 months and it may be extended time to time if the work is found satisfactory. Service can be terminated at any time if it is found unsatisfactory.
One self attested passport size photograph should be affixed on the application form.
Attested copy of all the certificates including the educational Qualification from matriculation and onwards. Caste Certificate (for SC/ST candidates), Creamy Layer Certificate (for EBC/BC/WBC candidates), experience certificate and certificate in the Stenography from institution recognized by the state Govt. or the central govt. must be enclosed with the application form and a self addressed envelope with proper stamp should be enclosed with the application.
Incomplete application or application received after expiry of the last date even due to postal delay will not be entertained.
At the time of Stenography test/interview all original certificate must be produced for Verification.
No TA/DA will be admissible to appear at Stenography test/Interview.
Decision with regard to candidatureship all rights are reserved to A.G. Bihar. His decision thereon
shall be final.
