Gauhati High Court Online Application are invited till 4.30 PM of 31-03-2018 from the citizens of India as defined under Article 5 and 6 of the Constitution of India for filling up of the following vacancies in the district courts of Assam . The number of Vacancies shown  below is indicative only and may vary at time of final selection . • Stenographer Grade-II :- Rs. 22000 – 87000 + GP 9700 (PB-03)
• Stenographer Grade-III :- Rs. 14000- 49000 + GP 7400 (PB-02)

Age Limit of Gauhati High Court Stenographer Recruitment 

• UR :- Minimum 18 Years , Maximum 38 Years
• OBC/MOBC :- Minimum 18 Years , Maximum 41 Years
• SC :-  Minimum 18 Years , Maximum 43 Years
• ST :-  Minimum 18 Years , Maximum 43 Years
• PWD :-  Minimum 18 Years , Maximum 48 Years

Education Qualification 

• Stenographer Grade-III :- The Candidates must passed Higher Secondary Examination (12th Pass ) from any recognized Board / University / as on the date of advertisement.
• Stenographer Grade-II :- The Candidates must be a Graduate from a UGC recognized University as on the date of Advertisement .

Should possess a Diploma /Certificate in Stenography / Shorthand from ITI / Polytechnic / any other institute .candidates who are pursing Stenography /Shorthand may also . however , they must submit pass / completion certificate / Diploma to the High court at the time of document verification , unless otherwise decided by the High Court .

Must have adequate knowledge of the official language (Assamese)   of the State of Assam.
