सभी अभ्यार्थियों को सूचित किया जाता है कि झारखंड संयुक्त प्रवेश प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा परिषद द्वारा सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य पदाधिकारी पद पर चयन के लिए Bridge Course Programme  में नामांकन हेतु दिनांक 24-01-2020  एवं 25-01-2020  को आयोजित ऑनलाइन प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा का  Provisional Results  दिनांक 03-02-2020  को जारी कर दिया गया है

  उपयुक्त परीक्षा फल के आधार पर  झारखंड ग्रामीण स्वास्थ्य मिशन समिति रांची द्वारा दिनांक 10,11,12,13  एवं 14  फरवरी 2020 को संयुक्त मेधा क्रमानुसार  सफल अभ्यार्थियों के  प्रमाणपत्रों/  दस्तावेजों की जांच की जाएगी |  प्रमाण पत्रों का सत्यापन एवं Counselling  निम्न कार्यक्रम के अनुसार आयोजित किया जाएगा

Counselling Venue  :- Candidates have to Report at 10.00 AM at IPH Namkum Ranchi Jharkhand and they have to go for registration Process. (प्रमाण पत्रों/दस्तावेजों का सत्यापन स्थल इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ पब्लिक हेल्थ(आई0पी0एच0) का सभागार, नामकुम, राँची है।)

Candidates have to bring the documents  (Candidates have to bring original and 2 sets of photo copies of following documents in the given serial no 🙂

9. GNM, BSC Nursing BAMS Admit Card All Year
10. GNM, BSC Nursing BAMS Mark sheet All Year
11. GNM, BSC Nursing BAMS Passing Certificate
12. Internship Certificate
13. Registration Certificate
14. Experience Certificate
15. Residence Certificate
16. Caste Certificate
17. Adhar Card/Pan Card/Driving Licence /Passport/Election Card
18. Candidates have to fill the counselling form and bring for document verification.
19. 6 Colour Passport Size photo ( in Envelope)
