NOTICE INVITING APPLICATIONS FOR ENGAGEMENT AS (1) OFFICE ASSISTANTS/CLERKS-CUM-RECEPTIONIST-CUM-DATA ENTRY OPERATOR (TYPIST) (ii) OFFICE PEON (MUNSHI/ATTENDANT) IN LEGAL AID DEFENSE COUNSEL OFFICE IN KODERMA DISTRICT OF THE STATE UNDER SLSA, RANCHI

District Legal Services Authority , Koderma, invites offline applications from eligible candidates for appointment on the posts of OFFICE ASSISTANTS/CLERKS-CUM-RECEPTIONIST-CUM-DATA ENTRY OPERATOR (TYPIST) and OFFICE PEON (MUNSHI/ATTENDANT) of District Legal Services Authority , Koderma, as per the details given below:

Applications are invited from eligible candidate having requisite qualifications for purely on contract basis initially for the period of one year and further extension for one year after satisfactory performance for the 01 (One) post of Office Assistants/Clerks-cum-Receptionist-cum-Data Entry Operator (Typist) and 01 (One) Office Peon (Munshi/Attendant) for LADCS, DLSA, Koderma.

Education Qualifications for OFFICE Assistants and Clerks CUM-RECEPTIONIST-CUM-DATA ENTRY OPERATOR (TYPIST)

stream Graduation from any
Basic word processing skills and the ability to operate computer.
W.P.M Typing speed of 40
Ability to take dictation and enter data
File maintenance and processing knowledge
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to work telecommunication system (telephones, fax machines, switchboards, etc.)

Education Qualifications for OFFICE PEON (MUNSHI/ATTENDANT)

OFFICE Assistants and Clerks CUM-RECEPTIONIST-CUM-DATA ENTRY OPERATOR (TYPIST) – Rs. 15000/-
OFFICE PEON (MUNSHI/ATTENDANT) – Rs.10000/-

Any application received after the due date shall not be considered.
