Physical Standards

• Height: 170 cms for Male & 157 cms for Female
• Relaxable to notified Hill Area residents by 5 cms
• Chest (Male): 81 cms with an expansion of 04 cms
• Chest (Female): Exempted
• Race (Male): 1600 mtrs in 6 min 30 sec
• Race (Female): 500 mtrs in 2 min 30 sec
• Long Jump: 12 Feet (Male) & 8 Feet (Female) – 3 Chances
• High Jump: 4 Feet (Male) & 3 Feet (Female) – 3 Chances

Age Limit (as on 15-06-2023)

• Minimum Age Limit: 18 Years
• Maximum Age Limit for General Category: 25 Years
• Maximum Age Limit for OBC Category: 28 Years
• Maximum Age Limit for SC Category: 30 Years
• Age Relaxation is Applicable as per Rules.
