YipitData IT Delivery Engineer II Job 2026: Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain the systems and platforms that support the company’s internal IT environment.
Administer and troubleshoot SaaS platforms and endpoint management systems, including Kandji, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, and Zoom.
Manage and improve device management and endpoint configuration across the global fleet using MDM platforms.
Partner with Security and Infrastructure teams to ensure systems meet security and compliance standards.
Lead and contribute to IT infrastructure and service delivery improvement projects.
Evaluate and implement new technologies that improve IT service delivery and automation.
Develop automation and tooling to streamline provisioning, configuration management, and operational workflows.
Maintain accurate system configuration and asset data for operational visibility and audits.
Create and maintain documentation for IT systems, processes, and operational procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across IT, Security, Engineering, and Operations.

Eligibility Criteria

4+ years of experience in a modern IT, systems engineering, or IT infrastructure role supporting a distributed workforce.
Hands-on experience administering MDM/endpoint management platforms (Kandji, Jamf, or Intune) and core SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom).
Led or significantly contributed to IT infrastructure or platform improvement projects.
Automation-first mindset: builds tooling rather than repeating manual work.
Comfortable owning ambiguous problems end to end in a fast-paced, global environment.
Clear communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Salary and Benefits
