बी०एड०/एम०एड०/ बी०पी०एड० संयुक्त प्रवेश प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा 2025 (B.Ed/M.Ed/B.P.Ed Entrance Competitive Examination-2025) के आयोजन से संबंधित आवश्यक सूचना

उच्च एवं तकनीकी शिक्षा विभाग, (उच्च शिक्षा निदेशालय) के पत्रांक-02/वि01-104/2017-167 दिनांक-28.01.2025 के आलोक में झारखण्ड राज्य स्थित बी०एड०/एम०एड०/ बी०पी०एड० संस्थानों के बी०एड०/एम०एड०/ बी०पी०एड० (B.Ed/M.Ed/B.P.Ed) पाठ्यक्रमों के शैक्षणिक सत्र 2025-27 में प्रवेश हेतु ऑनलाईन आवेदन आमंत्रित किया जाता है।

आरक्षणः आरक्षित सीटों के नामांकन/अनुशंसा में झारखण्ड सरकार का अद्यतन आरक्षण नीति प्रभावी होगा। (आरक्षण का लाभ लेने हेतु अभ्यर्थी को सबंधित प्रमाण-पत्र अपलोड करना आवश्यक है। प्रमाण-पत्रों का प्रारूप पर्षद के वेबसाईट में डाउनलोड कॉलम में उपलब्ध है)

झारखण्ड राज्य स्थित विश्वविद्यालय से उत्तीर्ण अभ्यर्थियों हेतु कुल सीटों का 85% आरक्षित होगी शेष 15% सीटें खुली रहेगी।

शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Eligibility Criteria) :-

1. Candidate with at least 50% (45% in case of SC/ST/OBC PWD & other reserved categories) either Bachelor’s Degree and for in Master’s Degree in Science/Social in Science/ Humanities/Commerce, Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and mathematics with 55% (50% in case of SC/ST/OBC PWD & other reserved categories) marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto, are eligible for consideration in admission to B.Ed/M.Ed/B.P.Ed course. For admission in M.Ed the minimum qualification shall be B.Ed/B.P.Ed.
2. The Candidate shall have to choose only one subject (within a subject category) which she/he must have studied in the qualifying degree, i.e., Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree for at least 200 marks and obtained at least 50% in this subject. The subject will henceforth be referred to as the teaching subject in the B.Ed/M.Ed/B.P.Ed course.
3. There is no restriction in the passing year to apply in B.Ed/M.Ed/B.P.Ed course.
4. Students in the final year of Bachelor/Master programme shall also be eligible to apply for B.Ed admission; however, their candidature shall be subject to the submission of final result at the time of admission and meeting the marks percentage criteria mentioned in clause

आवेदन की प्रक्रिया :  आवेदक पर्षद के अधिकृत वेबसाईट http://jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in के Homepage पर Online Form “B.Ed/M.Ed/B.P.Ed Combined Entrance Competitive Examination-2025” बटन पर Click कर, दिये गये दिशा-निर्देशों का पालन करते हुए दिनांक-15.02.2025 से दिनांक-15.03.2025 तक ऑनलाईन आवेदन पत्र भर सकते है। ऑनलाईन आवेदन करते समय वांछित विवरणी दर्ज कर रजिस्ट्रेशन करना होगा तथा स्कैन किया हुआ पासपोर्ट साईज का अपना रंगीन फोटोग्राफ, जिसमें चेहरे के साथ-साथ दोनों कान स्पष्ट रूप से दिखाई देना चाहिए तथा संपादित (Edited) नहीं होना चाहिए; हस्ताक्षर एवं बाँयें हाथ के अंगूठे का निशान अपलोड करना होगा।

पीडीएफ अपलोड सेक्सन में निम्न प्रमाण-पत्रों को एक साथ पीडीएफ फॉर्मेट में स्कैन कर तैयार फाईल अपलोड करना होगा

1. मैट्रिक/10वी का अंक-पत्र एवं उत्तीर्णता प्रमाण-पत्र
2.  स्नातक डिग्री का अंक पत्र,
3. स्नात्कोत्तर डिग्री का अंक पत्र दि (स्नात्कोत्तर डिग्री के आधार पर आवेदन करने की स्थिति में),
4.  NCC ‘C’ NSS प्रमाण-पत्र (यदि हो तो).
5. स्थानीय निवासी प्रमाण-पत्र, (झारखण्ड राज्य के स्थानीय / स्थायी निवासी के लिये)
6. जाति प्रमाण-पत्र (आरक्षण का लाभ लेने की स्थिति में).
7. दिव्यांगता प्रमाण-पत्र (दिव्यांग अभ्यर्थियों हेतु)। प्रमाण पत्रों का प्रारूप पर्षद के वेबसाईट http://jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in के डाउनलोड कॉलम में देखा जा सकता है। निर्धारित राशि का परीक्षा शुल्क भुगतान के उपरान्त कन्फर्मेशन पेज का प्रिंट आउट प्रिंट कर भविष्य के उपयोग हेतु सुरक्षित रख लें।

परीक्षा केन्द्र एवं परीक्षा की तिथिः यह प्रवेश परीक्षा दिनांक-20.04.2025 को झारखण्ड राज्य के राँची, धनबाद, जमशेदपुर, बोकारो, दुमका, पलामू एवं हजारीबाग जिला मुख्यालय स्थित विभिन्न परीक्षा केन्द्रों पर OMR Based (Offline mode) में आयोजित की जायेगी। परीक्षा केन्द्र एवं अन्य संबंधित सूचना, ऑनलाईन प्रवेश पत्र (Online Admit Card) में अंकित रहेगी। आवेदकों को पर्षद के वेबसाईट से प्रवेश पत्र डाउनलोड (Download) की सुविधा परीक्षा की तिथि के चार (4) दिन पूर्व उपलब्ध करायी जायेगी।

परीक्षा शुल्कः आवेदकों को परीक्षा शुल्क Payment Gateway के माध्यम से Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking के द्वारा लिया जायेगा। परीक्षा शुल्क की दर निम्न प्रकार है:

• अनुसूचित जाति/अनुसूचित जनजाति / सभी कोटि की महिला (झारखण्ड राज्य के) 500/-
• पिछड़ी जाति – 1/ पिछड़ी जाति II (झारखण्ड राज्य के ) 750/-
• सामान्य – Rs.1000/-

नोटः झारखण्ड राज्य के बाहर के अनुसूचित जाति / अनुसूचित जनजाति / पिछड़ी जाति – 1/ पिछड़ी जाति – II एवं महिला अभ्यर्थियों को सामान्य कोटि का परीक्षा शुल्क देय होगा। परीक्षा शुल्क अप्रतिदेय (non refundable) होगा। परीक्षा शुल्क पर देय बैंक चार्ज का भी भुगतान अभ्यर्थियों को करना होगा।

Jharkhand B.ed Entrance Exam 2025 – Syllabus

संयुक्त प्रवेश परीक्षा का सिलेबस एवं मार्किंग संयुक्त प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा का प्रश्न बहुवैकल्पिक (MCQ) तथा कुल 100 अंकों की होगी। प्रत्येक प्रश्न एक अंक का होगा तथा प्रत्येक गलत जवाब के लिय 0.25 अंक काटा जायेगा।

1. Language Proficiency shall have 30 questions (15 question for Hindi & 15 Questions for English) indicating specific area like comprehension, rearranging sentences, selecting suitable words for the blanks, finding out errors in parts of the sentences, finding out equivalent meaning to the given phrases, finding out suitable words for the incomplete sentences, sequencing, grammar which includes synonyms, idioms, prepositions tenses, articles.
2. Teaching Aptitude (40 questions) will cover specific areas like attitude towards education, children and teaching profession; interest in teaching; leadership qualities & group management; emotional & social adjustment; intrapersonal & interpersonal skills; and general awareness of contemporary issues pertaining to school education.
3. Reasoning ability (30 questions) indicating specific areas like verbal non-verbal reasoning, missing numbers, number series, letter series, theme finding, jumbling, analogy, odd one out, arranging the statements in a sequential form, statement and conclusion, syllogism, logical problems, establishing relationships and numerical ability.
